Week 3 Weigh-In

I felt like last week my post was not motivating enough, so here it is:

Weight loss is like driving:

  1. You're right, last week's post was not motivating at all. I followed the "if no one sees you eat it, it has no calories" and as of this morning, I see that's not true! My loss is only .45%

  3. If you guys are disappointed with your losses I mine as well not even post mine, and I was sort of happy and had the mind set, a loss is a loss. You guys are bringing me down. :(

    A whopping -.33% and I was happy with that....guess not.

  4. I totally agree with Amy....a loss is a loss! Don't get discouraged! I just vented to Tony because I thought I would have lost more.....I've been eating spinach and fruit Nutri bullets shakes for breakfast for 2 weeks....but I am losing! So Amy, Di and Karen.....nice job!
