Week 3 Loser

Hey Losers, our Week 3 Loser is Di. 
CONGRATULATIONS!

So we have 2 more weigh-ins - Week 4 and 
Week 5, then we have a week off before we kick back up again! Make the next two weeks your best effort before we leave the ranch for a week!

Nutri-Blast Spinach Shake
*2 cups baby spinach
*2 cups any combo of fruit
(I love pear & pineapple or strawberry & blueberries)
*1/4 cup chia seeds (flax, sesame or hemp seed)
*Water (amount depends on thickness you prefer)
Blend and enjoy!
