
Happy Friday Losers! Good luck to everyone with your weigh-ins. You can use the fit-watch calculator link from last week's post and plug in last week's weight and today's weight to find your % of weight loss. Please be sure to post under comments for this post and start with your name.
Now that everyone has a few weeks under their slimmer belts, perhaps we should start thinking of a fun challenge? Whatever we do, it should start and end at Skeff's Pub...I am thinking a lap or two around the cul-de-sac should definately cover the physical aspect of the challenge and then we can rehydrate at the pub, which as we all know is very important after an extensive workout! Please feel free to offer suggestions while posting! I will put up a post on Saturday announcing our Week 2 Losers! Good Luck!


Karen C....ok, maybe it's gonna be slow and steady but I'll take it. I have a .87% loss this week. I have to remember that weekends count too!!

ReplyDeleteMarc, that was 3:58 CA time. You didn't know I'm in CA? I really do think it's CA time...don't think you weighed in at 4:39, did you? MT at 4:41? Oh yeah, that's right, we were all up exercising, now I remember!!!
